Afternoon all, as above really. Cannot remove the crank shaft pully bolt on my 2.0 206 hdi. Its turned about 6 turns but now stuck. Wont come out and it wont turn back in either. Does anyone have any suggestions other than new engine because i'm not far off that. I have thought about grinding it off, removing the pulley, grinding the remaining bolt flush and center punching and tapping a new tread in. Does any one have any other options that i havent thought of.

How common are the crank pulley bolts at seizing.

Thanks.
