Opened my drivers door this morning and the rear wiper started wiping for about 10 seconds then stopped in the wrong place.I switched the ignition on and it reset itself.Went to have a look at it and every time i touched it it would move a few times and then stop even with the ignition off?

Surely this cant be normal? Confused

Understeer is a crime.

Mine does this whenever its cold out. It usually gets better once the car has warmed up.

Could be frozen and the motor continuously trying until it unsticks itself. Don't use it and when you put the car in reverse, try and make sure the front wipers ain't on.
