Off the top of my head its a T40 head you need. Its rather simple. Just slide the seats forward and backwards to enable you to access the bolts. The seats come out attached to the runners. Straight swap nice and easy.
Craig and I swapped our interiors over for eachothers over the weekend. We had both done one set each before but it only took an hour and a half to do all 4 door cards, front seats, back seats and glove box lid.
I recommend having a can of wd40 or something similar to hand if you havent done your car before as I found some of my rear seat bolts were a little stiff!
