Thanks Dave Thanks again for letting me know about the stuff for the roof and load cover. Had to use a fair bit more than 3 cans though to do it completely lol. Glad the pillar covers etc were done in satin black or this would have cost me a small fortune.

Bit of an update not much...
The cars getting all put back together now, had all the painted plastics arrive a couple of weeks a go so got those fitted, just waiting on my mirrors and engine cover which I'll be picking up tomorrow.
Also trying to get the stance sorted on the back end so did a bit of arch rolling and flaring, but managed to get the wheels sitting like this...
But also gives you an idea of how it sits in the second pic atm. Will get some more pics over the week.
Hopefully have this finished by the end of this month, ready for VIC test etc. In addition to this, I'm currently looking for a set of Vortex NOT challenger which I can have refurbed in something funky with silly stretch to use daily, looking at having them done in Moonstone Blue and Purple Velvet.
Once finished I'm having all the paintwork cut back and mopped as it's been stood around and it's slightly died down a bit which is why it looks a bit off.

Looks great, but one speedbump and that back end is going to crack quicker than you can say "I probably should raise the back end a little" is this a "display only" model or something?

This is going to be driven daily but not on the MAM's. It's having a set of Vortex as dailies which I will be returning so they have Purple Velvet faces and Moonstone Blue Internals. They'll then be wrapped in 185/35 tyres which will help with clearance and I'll be standing those so I've got even clearance on the arches but will be using 20mm spacers on the back and 15mm spacers on the front.

Whole car is getting a complete blow over before it goes on the road. Just want paint work spot on so might as well get these arches finished and also front gt lips stuck on so I can cut excess lip off the inside, that way the bodyshop can just work their magic.

That's the thing...no matter how much heat I applied to them mate, the paint just didn't want to know. Jord's arches have cracked in a really visible section where as mine as on the rolled bit, so just a matter of touching it up as primer is still there. You can be as gentle as you want with it and the paint will just crack, but it was just when I was rolling the lips upwards. When I flared the arches I didn't have a problem with paint cracking or flaking.

How did you flare? I get confused between the two
And one one of mine has been repaired and skim fillered so unless it's a repaint I guess it's out of the question...
Already grinded the lips away as much as I can before making them cut into the tyres

If you've read the comments above the car going in for all paint work correction so I'm not going to be a sheep and fit sp arches, when they don't even fit on the SW correctly. Plus, flared arches over SP FTMFW..!
Harry I'll pm you about how I flared the arches... Just to give you the heads up, you might think I'm a weirdo and think what the f*** lol but it worked
