Cool right another thing is...... Going over bumps slowly there's something clunking around from the drivers side. I looked at the mounts theyseem ok gonna tighten the struts up tonight any other ideas?

Is it more of a rattle or a clunk? I have a clunk but think that will go once the rear shocks are changed. rattles could be a heat shield, doubt it's exhaust. Check in the sapre wheel for the jack and make sure that securely located and not bouncing about in the cage. Check in the boot where the wheel brace is that it's secure and that there's no bits in there floating about.

It's a clunk coming from the front , I'll give it a better inspection at the weekend but just looking for ideas

stupid and easy one as sounds more like a bush but check your pollen filter. If mines lose it flaps and reverbs though body giving a thumping sound.

right it didnt have a bent axle or anything just both rear shocks are knackered ........... the clock doesnt work either so im think a wire has broke or something ill take it apart when im back from trip to bristol

Well it had a new clutch to find both lower arms are hanging :/ gearbox is on its way out . Front near side shock leaking. Front brakes worn and cam belt needs replacing

yes...but you aid you got cambelt, gearbox, dampers, wishbone and brakes as well....
