My left hand wing mirrors loose and i need to un-screw it to put it back and im not sure what tool i need to do this, i think its an allen key, but im not 100%, so im wondering if you could help? Thanks

I have looked but i cant see the screw in the hole because of the angle, if it was as simple as looking i wouldnt be asking would i

Look from a different angle?
Maybe a light/torch might make it a little easier?

From what I read in you original post, I was thinking "How can someone not see those screws?!"

Now I understand what you mean.

Best bet would be to take the whole mirror off so you can handle it and have a good look from all angles.

Could be be a small torx bit like you have holding the bumpers and many other parts?

Changed mine last Monday. Remove the whole unit with a T20. All the other scews on the mirror unit are phillips.
