Totaly different engine family.
206 GTI is a EW10J4
Saxo 1.6 16 valve is a TU5JP4S.

Probably getting confused with the 206 xsi, even then I personally wouldn't bother they are mostly different.
Nothing for the 2.0 sadly, some dealer software out there that could be useful though.

Just thought one would be handy for when i swop my engines over. Had some trouble with the last one i took out, the o/s driveshaft got damaged as i couldnt get it off while the engine was still in. Cant afford to damage this one as i need it.

I'm pretty sure one of the manuals covers the 2.0i engine .. I've got both at home. I'll try and remember to have a look ...

do you know if those engines similar enough to make it worthwile getting the saxo VTS haynes to use on the 206 xsi (TU5JP4)?

Black covers the 2.0i 138bhp engine and lots of other GTI related areas. It clearly states it doesn't cover the 180bhp model.
