depends on how much you want to spend.
you will need adjustable pulley as well, plus the cost of remap too.
Kent PT40 is the common choice, power gain is minimum though...

Kent PT40, Catcam 201, Piper285 all similar spec I think, have a look which is cheaper. If your headgasket has blown I would say go for it as you will be taking the head off anyway. You might be able to pick up one of these cams from 106owners cheap

Isnt there issues with 106 Gti cams making the valves hit the pistons on this engine or is that later model engine?
Just realised its an 8v engine so my comment probably wont matter.

Thats with the 16 valvers The 8 valve silver top head is similar between the late 106s and 206s, you tend to see PT40 cam for sale on 106owners (used)

I'm guessing with the exhaust you've gained about 5hp and the manifold puts you in good stead for future mods, if you are taking the head off again to put a cam in I'd get it port and polished properly, this will maximise the gains from the cam. Depends how well that is done, you'd be looking at around 120hp with the adjustable cam pulley and remap

That 120hp was with his manifold, pt40, cam pulley set up, port and polish, remap
