I've attempted to plug my 307 1.4 hdi into a diagnostic, but it's showing 0volts from the port?!?
Does anyone have the wiring diagram for the OBD?
Also with a multi meter I'm getting 14v from 6of the 8 pins so 2 of them are showing no power, is this correct?
Many thanks
Ben

What's the point in having an OBD port then?

The pin protocol doesn't match those required for an EOBD device. PP2000 is probably the only thing that will connect to your car.
The obvious reason as to why you have the port is that rather than make a separate part for the petrol and the diesel, it is cheaper for the manufacturer to make one part that will fit both, knowing that the following year they would need to fit it as standard anyway.

They get a specialist to do it with the proper kit. It's not really a DIY option.

If it's any help, I've just plugged into a 'Y' reg diesel 206 using the ELM327 lead and Palmer Performance Engineering software. It connected to the vehicle without any issues and read the codes.
The mobile mapper might have to change some settings to get his equipment to connect, but personally if he couldn't sort it first time, I'd steer well clear as he might end up doing more harm than good.

My EOBD scanner has read fault codes / put the diagnostic light out on a year 2000 Pug 306 HDI.
BUT
I've also tried it on a year 2001 Citroen Berlingo HDI & it wouldnt even connect.
Its just the luck of the draw if you aint got the recommended kit
