This is a black box which I understand controls the relays for the fan.
It is found either below the ECU or by the windscreen-wiper motor on the left hand side.
It's listed on SB at around 80 GBP and has a note next to the part number: 96 C / 118 C.
1) I thought the ECU is responsible for cotrolinng the fan relays directly.
Hence being able to switch them on in diagnostics (PP2000).
2) Does the note in SB mean; low fan speed at 96 C and high at 118 C?
3) It's bloody hot here already.
Any knowledge regarding this unit, much appreciated.
