My mums HDi does this, I think its the relay for the indicators flashing when the car is unlocked, as they still flash when you get in. Does it go off after a few seconds?

Put your hand on them one by one you can feel them working, when found disconnect and go through all your switches to determine which it is

Not a good idea with a multiplexed 206, it could end with an expensive repair bill for a new BSI unit.

Or you could find witch one it is then use a ref drawing to pin point what it's controlling.....bit safer way
