Gavin will love putting his special resin in that.

Ring auto glass direct and they check your policy for you to see if your covered.

I have dealing with Autoglass and they wasnt that great but could of just been the person that came out to me tho.

You could look through the yellow pages and see if you have independent windscreen company near you they may do it cheaper.

Just found this company thats near you

Doesnt matter who your covered by as most insurance includes it just have a look, if you are a repair is free and a replacement is normally about £50 to £70 depending on your cover

Do you have to use a certain glass place under your insurance, or can you use any?

I'm fully comp, were both with direct line and according to her insurance document she's covered for windscreen repair so I should imagine I will be too, oh well it's only £40 and it will be repaired today

Just ring your insurance and ask them if you're covered. If you're fully comp, you'll most likely have glass cover. They will deal with the rest and tell you which company to use. Most of the time I think the glass company need to see your policy.

If you have glass cover and the screen needs replacing, then you normally need to pay the excess, which in my case it's cheaper to get the screen replaced and pay for it myself. (£90 for my last screen fitted)
