hello every one just overtightened sump plug up on gti180 and put a small crack in sump near were plug goes in how can i repair this many thanks gaz

Agreed, I wouldn't chance a repair on it, get a new sump!

welding then rethread the sump plug hole.
or new sump/ 2nd hand sump

They can easily be repaired by a good welder. I grounded my Alfa and put a stone through the sump - way too fast down a farm track!
Removed sump and weld repaired for £5 by a mate of a mate in the trade.
However, your crack is from the sump plug. still repairable but re-cutting the thread after the weld repair will make it a bit more complex and always stress the repair. So I recommend second hand sum if you can find one!
NOTE: the sump must come off for a guaranteed weld repair as the oil inside dripping through the crack will always contaminate the weld. So it needs to be removed and meticulously cleaned. If you are removing the sump for a weld repair then a second-hand sump becomes even more attractive as the correct option.
