Hi my car wheel squeezs while turning left or rightbut mainly at low speeds.
At high speeds it feels like the wheel does not grip. I did have the tracking done once before about 3 weeks ago.

just yesturday my car was making a banging noise when turning. mine is a diff proplem and needs a new box. Are your tyres wearing uneven e.g one side more then the other or just over tyhe tread?
P.s. have you put over sided alloys on?

no idea what you mean by over sided but all the thread on the tires seems to be even.

Ok the handling is not very good in the wet at all!!!!
I was going around a round-about and i was turning right (as you do) and the car kept sliding to the left like i was drifting but i was going realy slow. Is the wishbone going? Or is it another problem
Lucky there was no car on the right hand side of me or i would have went into the side of them
Really need to find the problem as it is dangerous but fun while in mid slide

Could be a failed drive shaft do only one wheel is putti g the power down. Lift the front end up and give the wheels a spin. Then stick it in gear and you should not be able to spin the wheel.

If it completely failed. Whe. You spin it just listen it should sound smooth. And while it's up just grap the wheel at 12 and 6 and then 3 and 9 and see if there's any play in the joints or bearing.

The driver's-side shaft is more sensitive because it has an extra bearing due to being longer length, to support it.
This can squeel esp when turning left/right due to increased friction and load placed on it.

I had this not so long ago, my guess it was the cv boot as when i turned to go round a corner. Then I turned the wheel by hand it would squeak when the ridges met on the boot but it endid up being the pad solved it by just using some break cleaner by rotating the disc and spraying it into the pad and some gritty s**t came out. A week later I changed my hole break set up but it was annoying so had to fix it lol.
Worth a try

Thanks i will get te brakes and disks checked but could this actualy be the reason for the tire squeek and the loss of grip?
