Wow aint been on here in a while, sorry guys
Anyway i have had an humming noise coming from my back passangers wheel i mean best way to describe it is it sounds like an airplane taking off when im accelerating and just a general loud humming when driving. I mean loud its god damn annoying!! Few mates have said it is probely the bearing just wondered if any sugestions?
(P.S i did slide into a curb on that side but any probem should of been fixed and it passed an mot and they didnt spot anything)
Also not sure if this is related to the above stuff but when im driving my steering wheel shakes quite bad enough to vibrate the car. I noticed it doing it yestarday on the motorway it would stop then every 5 seconds randomly start shaking the car also feels unstable on the road, although on tyre was quite low on air.
Any help? thanks

Get your tracking checked 1st off and even make sure you ain't lost a wheel weight. For the rear, if u jack the bk wheel up then grap the wheel at 12 and 6 then 3 and 9 and then push and pull and see if there's and play. If so its the bearing. Also if you spin the wheel quite fast and watch the edge of the rim and see if it moves around. ( buckled wheel)

I'd put money on it being the wheel bearing

Me too, if your tyre/brakes are both alright.
You may not have much play in the wheel, but do the method described above. These things are capable of making tremendous noise before they show any signs of play.
Report back and let us know.
