Took my 206 for a long run-out the other day and it seemed to be running a bit juddery any time I took it over 2000rpm.
On the way back I got an engine warning light turn on (engine went into limp mode) which turned out to be code P0100:
Mass or Volume Air flow Circuit Malfunction
EDC15C2 - Flow sensor signal. Open circuit or short to earth / short to positive
Only very recently had it serviced so I called my mechanic up ,and he said just to clear the code and continue driving as per normal.
Took it out again yesterday, and it just doesn't seem quite right. Run's fine but every so often as it is coming up to around 3000rpm it seems judder slightly, which feels like the turbo cutting out, then go back to normal. As its an intermittent fault I'm not really sure on a solution.
I'll take it out for another run today and see if it does the same.
Any advice people can give would be great.

like the code said, check the MAF sensor.
if it was at fault then the engine wouldn't run probably
you can't just clear the fault code and pretend the problem will be fixed on it's own.

Checked the sensor, took it out blew out any dust and put it back in.

ideally you need to get the live data from the sensor.....

If the turbo was failing i doubt the car would move at all.

Ok, i'll get the reader out again tonight and have a look at the live data.
Thanks Steve, i thought the same. I'm hoping it's just a broke airflow sensor if anything at all!

Right just ran the live test.
That MAF readings seem to coincide with the misfiring of the engine.
Seen to be reading around 25-35 , then when the misfire occurs it jumps up to between 50 - 60.
Thinking I could be needing a new MAF?

sounds like that, if the MAF reading is too higher the engine would run too rich, causing misfire/ even stall the engine
