The ones you have can be adjusted.

You will need springs/coil overs for the front.

I got a set of those on order! You will also need new top mounts and drop links for the front

If you order those coil overs you won't need additional springs as mentioned above

It's best if you change them all when fitting new suspension. Drop links have to be removed and they normally are a b***h and you'll end up hack sawing or grinding them off. You could use the current top mounts already on your car BUT.. It will be be better knowing you had them changed and will less Likely to knock

You won't need any additional springs if coil overs are purchased. Those springs above are for lowering your car using the the shocks you already have on your car now. It's alright to do it this way if you prefer?

But in comparison those coil overs are adjustable, you can lower and raise at a turn of a nut.

Nice one, really appreciate you help. Think I'll go for the coil overs, one last question, what are the 3rd 4rd 5th 6th springs etc in the picture is just the 1st and 2nd picture part needed?

Thanks

I believe it's just a picture they have taken an are re-using the same picture over and over

The coil overs with springs already fitted in picture and those rear shocks is what you are getting. Those springs on the far right of the picture are not required. Cars that do not have a torsion bar require those

It comes as part of the kit. The rear shocks you currently have wont like the new ride height once torsion bar is at its new height
