Hey guys, 2 months ago I had a refurbed axle from 'Im axles' as the old was was fudged! Since around 3 weeks ago there has been a very strange noise coming from the rear of the car (only way I can describe it is like a trampoline spring being tightened and clicking) the noise stops when I go over about 20-25mph and I can't hear anything except when I go over a bump and can hear a knock and then nothing again until I go over some more bumps (s***ty roads my end) I took the car back to Im axles and they say it isn't the axle, what else could it be? The noise is getting worse as the weeks go on

Could be the rear axle bush's where it ataches to the car. Have you got a warranty? How do they sell there axles, i.e. new bearing, stub pins etc? Who fitted it?

Yeah, I have a year warranty, I'm not too sure what they do tbh, I think all the bearings and everything are new, they fitted it too.
