hi all
had a problem with the anti pollution fault, had this before but put the high grade petrol in and this normally solves it,this time it was so bad when i took foot of the gas i had no power what so ever, got it into peugeot who diagnosed air intake problem they said the car needed some downloads and this might cure the fault otherwise it would be a new throttle body!my problem now is they have done the downloads which seems to have worked, but im noticing on start up it seems very hesitant and flat, when warm its ok,has anyone any ideas wot it could be or what i need to do about it,the car was ok until the main anti pollution fault.its a 180 04 reg
many thanks
paul

VVT sensor, take it out and clean it.

Have a search for the how to.

Failing that when was that last time the plugs were changed and when/who did the cambelt change?

180's are generally s**t when cold.

To be honest the best thing you could do is get the codes read and see if there are any faults showing, that would make it much easier to find out whats wrong.
