Anyone please tell me why the 2.0 HDi diesel turbo has cheaper insurance group and if it is as reliable as the non turbo charged 2.0 hdi diesel?
Difference between the two..?

All 2.0 HDi's are turbo charged. There is a trim level called D-turbo that your getting mixed up with

is XS trim = XSI?

You think? Looks about right for the money. The seller needs to get rid of it in a few weeks so you have an opportunity to haggle on the price.
Dturbo trim level's can be quite good, depending on what it left the factory with.

even if it is A+ condition i would only pay 2K max.
let put it this way, i can get a newer, less mileage 180 with the same amount of money which makes me feel this HDi is very expensive

I negotiated with dealer for £2000 which he accepted but it has no climate control / old demister controls so I declined.
Would I easily be able to p/x my 180 for a HDI at a trader + cashback?

Aye, but you'll not get 50MPG in a 180
You'll pay a premium for a diesel over it's petrol counterpart. You can pick up a GTi 6 for peanuts, but the diesels (even high milers) still hold their value.
