Peugeot 206 1.4 HDI FEVER
2004 model

Recently i've had 1 injector replaced, coded in properly, all bled properly and was running fine

Couple of weeks later i had another issue, the leak off pipes decided to fail, so went to peugeot and ordered some new ones, fitted them, primed up etc, fired straight away (i re-seated the other 3 injectors with new seals and protectors while i was there as it was chuffing its nuts off)

But now i have another problem, its went into limp mode, wont rev past 3000rpm
and it seems like the turbo isnt even there.

plugged it in, comes up with P1160.
Had a boost gauge fitted to measure the boost, usually peaks at 1.5 bar roughly.
This time, 0.

Anyone shed any light on this?

Shut it u stupid little f**k, what's the point in posting in all my treads being such a c***? Least I can afford a gti180, and to get the cam belt done!

So apparently everyone knows my financial situation? If I wanted a 180 I would have bought a 180 simples Smile

there isnt a boost leak, its gone completely into limp mode.
When i unplug the MAF sensor, the revs go past 3k rpm, and isnt in limp mode, but there still isnt any boost... strange

it has to be a boost leak....or the turbo is completely destroy

or your gauge is faulty

P1160 has nothing to do with boost

could be that the wastegate is stuck though.
the turbo is spooling fine, can hear it like usual, just no oomf like it usually does.
its going to the garage tomorrow.

Egr valve possibly stuck open. As its post turbo it would act as a big wastegate and also give you the map problems as its not getting the correct airflow. With boost at 3000 and beyond
