Nice progress Brain. But your inlet ports looking small to me. Which inlet system you will use.
I think you need GTI180 inlet manifold gasket for measurement and port match.

im using jenvey tb's & inlet manifold supplied with kit from Mtech i ported the inlet manifold as much as i could and matched the ports in the head.
my engine has rubber seals on inlet manifold so were no good for measurments
have you any pics or measurments from 180 inlet manifold ill go bigger if i can Very Happy
i need all the feedback/info i can get cant afford to send out or purchase a cyl head already ported so hoping to do work myself

I wouldn't use the gasket to match the ports until you are 100% certain it matches the inlet.

I'd use a cardboard template to see how the ports compare to each other.

On GTI180 inlet manifold gasket match to inlet manifold and same on exhaust manifold. I'm %100 sure. Smile

And exhaust manifold.

And this is after port matching photo.

some great pics & info thanks to all
I ported up the inlet manifold bolted it on & was able to mark cyl head through the manifold to get exact match ill compare pics to the longman head to see how it looks,

@Schumi i havent opened the exhausts as much as my exhaust manifold isnt as big as gasket so i matched cylinder head to ex manifold with made up gasket/cardboard
now im thinking my manifold(raceland stainless) is not good enuf if i can open ports more id need to get a better quality manifold to make full use of bigger ports

Although I didn’t port mine myself I got some cardboard and placed it on the face of the head. Then mark out where the ports are – then cut the holes in the cardboard. Then place this on the inlet manifold to show you the size of the ports.
