What car have you got? There are 2 types of electrical systems. Pre plexed is cars prior to October 2001, multi plexed is post October 2001. You can also tell by the radio stalk on the steering coloumn.

I'm fairly sure the alarm fuse is also the immobiliser fuse.
What is it you are trying to do?

My key fob has broken and my alarm is constanly on so the indicators are flashing, so i need to turn the alarm off till i can get a new fob sorted. the car starts fine just that the lights are flashing all the time

If you unlock the door using the key and open the door, the alarm should activate. Insert key in the ignition and turn the ignition on. This should deactivate the alarm as the ECU will recognise the immobiliser chip.

You could try a BSI soft boot in case your BSI has a bug in it.

Quote::
Non-plexed Electrical System
* You may need your radio code upon reconnection
* If your car has a Peugeot anti-theft alarm system, disable this
* Disconnect the negative terminal first
* Disconnect the positive terminal
* Complete intentions

* Now to re-connect, Connect the positive terminal first
* Connect the negative terminal
* Before starting the engine for the first time, turn on the ignition and wait for 10 seconds to initialise the various electronic control units
* Activate alarm system, if you have one

Does this 206 actually have an alarm system fitted?

The indicators shouldnt be flashing for the alarm if the engine has been started as the transponder key should shut the alarm system off.

I assumed it was the alarm since it has only happened since my fob broke which i use for locking the car, there is no sound just the flashing as soon as i turn the key and it wont stop until i remove the key and last for about about 2mins after plus the boot wont open either :/

Do you have the disable button near the handbrake?

With what you have told me about the aftermarket key fob it sounds as if someone has put on an aftermarket alarm on the car and the keyfob turns that off.
