Edited thread now. Basically when driving normal at a steady speed and the revs stay the same it feels like the engine is pullsing but when i accelerate it doesn't happen.feels like the car is bucking

Don't know but it sounds like you bought one that needed all the common things doing at once.
If I were you I'd get the belt changed while you're at it. They ALL should have been changed at least once by now.

Might be a long shot but the fuel filter on the pump might need cleaned out!

Such behavior from engines is often caused by air leaks.

no i havent tbh.want to try and do it myself cant afford garage prices plus thy lead you down the garden path saying its this and that and could be something completely different and then end up spending loads of money and still doesnt get sorted.had this happen before
