well when im driving and i go over little bumps ect i heard a loud banging noise i dont know if it my suspension or my spare wheel it drives fine and everythinh just when go over bumps or holes in road

It might be your spare wheel bouncing around the carrier. The spare wheel should be secured in place with a spacer, if the spacer is missing or the carrier not done up enough the spare will bounce around. Just stick you hand under the rear bumper and see if you can move the spare wheel around, if you can it'll be that. Or it could be the jack if it's in the boot.
