Is the temp of the vehicle okay when the blower is blowing cold?

As it sounds more like a matrix than anything mate

As in the connections on the blower and resistor?

As the resistor controls what voltage the fan gets, eg how fast it spins

But if it doesnt work at all on any setting than i would look towards the blower more

Ohh i see !!it doesnt work on any setting 1,2,3,4 or any other setting !! so how would i check these wires the 1 into the blower and the 1 into the resistor ?? Could it not b something to do with the actual setting switch u turn to make it faster or slower..??

It could be, but from what i have seen its more common for the connections to melt on the heater blower

I have had this issue two or three years ago. I have a bad connection on the wiring loom. put your head in the passenger footwell and look up inside the dash. You will see a white rectangular plug. Give the wire a good wiggle and see if it comes on. Mine did and I simply gaffa taped it up into a position that works. Not ideal but it has lasted since so can't complain. Never bothered to replace it as its got 3 or 4 plugs on the loom and its hard to access them.
