Hi,
I had a intermittent fault before where the engine turns off straight away after starting. Was told that the throttle body needed cleaning so cleaned the throttle body and that problem went.
Yesterday while I was driving the orange Engine management light came on the dashboard. The light wasnt flashing, it was constant on.
Ran the diagnostics and got the generic error code as shown above in the title with the following description:
Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch B Circuit Range/Performance
Anyone can please help, Thanks.
Its a 2006 1.4 peugeot 206
Update: Strangely the warning light on the dashboard went off but i still feel the problem. The intermittent problem is when i accelerate normally the rev needle goes up high fast like when im revving in neutral and the needle comes back down to normal revs again.
