I like the ideas so far
Do a cull on accounts that haven't been used in a year or so (speaking of which, what happened to Marnie?)
Some of the inactive staff/area reps need talking to regarding their intentions for 206info, a lot have moved on, though it should be said that some moderators do behind the scenes work to keep this place going
Instate new staff and area reps, through the application method we had ages ago, we could do with some that are looking to stay around for a while
Make the stickied threads more noticeable, maybe make them red so they stand out, a lot of useful information is easily overlooked at the minute
Introduce a warning count under post count
I could go on...

All give a quid sounds worthwhile quid.......if it can be as easy as stickin a £! coin in an envelope then count me in......im sure we can all spare a quid?.....just give us an address/po box/etc.....make it a big ad at the top of the site and im sure it will go well......all who include £1.00 should inclose stamped addressed envelope and receive a site sticker maybe....that should still show you guys a profit??
