Went to my local Unipart shop the other day to compare prices of their PAS fluid. Bloke told me the 206 would just use an auto transmission fluid for the steering.
Does this sound OK? Which is right?
Halfords PAS fluid is £8 ish
Euro Car Parts PAS fluid = £22 (discount 30% from this though)
Unipart want £8 for the ATF fluid
Euro Car Parts £6.50 ish for ATF fluid.

Modern electric pumps use a different thinner fluid but saxo/106 ones run ATF like belt driven pumps
