BOOM!
I used the sealant from shortly after my last post, around 5.30 i'sh.
Let it dry for 15 minutes and then added water. Drove it for 10 minutes to heat up the engine/allow it to pass through and its been resting ever since.
I STILL have a FULL tank of water!
Woohoo!
The joint is bone dry and can't detect any leak. Will leave it a few days and fingers crossed it doesn't leak, then will take to a garage to have coolant added as now its only water.
Thank you all so much for your help! It is really appreciated!!
Now 4 days after my bump the lady wants her bumper resprayed as she says it has scratches...coming back with a price tomorrow. Fingers crossed its cheep as I have a 250 excess!

If it carries on leaking, have a look at getting a new hose. Just lookes on servicebox and it looks like the clip comes with the hose.
A terrifying £3.65
As for your bump. You won't need to pay anything. You pay the excess for the first part of a claim you make. She can claim whatever she wants and your insurance will pay (within reason). If she has an excess, she will have to pay that herself.

Strange my garage ordered one from peugeot (new pipe) it came with every apart from the clip, thus it still leaked.
Though personally I don't think it has anything to do with the clip anymore, as holding it by hand still made it leak. Must be something to do with the radiator slot?
But so far its stopped leaking, now facing a hefty bill to repair the silver peugeots bumper that i hit (only the smallest scratch!) I won't be able to afford anything else this month, lucky the sealant worked (so far, fingers crossed) couldn't have outlayed for a new radiator+hose+fitting now...
side note, anyone know a cheap as chips re-sprayer in Manchester that i can refer this women too
EDIT::
Sorry I missed the last part of your message...
my Voluntary excess is £250. So if she claims, would I have to pay that? - I have no compulsory, took the cheapest monthly option. Hope not, can't afford £250 atm.
Garage was going to charge £8.50 for the pipe, as it didn't work, no charge.

But that wont fit the existing coolant reservoir.

Speak to your insurance because the woman was happy there was no damage to begin with they will likely challenge her.shes obdviously spoke to someone and theyve told her to claim but your insurance will probably decline.
Also the point made earllier on here was that u only pay excess if u claim for yourself-for your own car...if she manages to claim on your insurance u dont pay excess for hers just your own but as u aint claiming for your own car u pay nothing.

Yep Thanks guys, just spoke to my insurance company and they confirmed if we chose to go through the insurance I wouldn't have to pay any excess, I would lose 4 years no claim bonus (would have 3 left) and my monthly premium from next june would go up.
Was more worried about the excess than anything, couldn't/wouldn't tell me how much my premium would go up though, just have to wait and see I guess.
Thanks again for everyone's help!

Go to a comparison site and enter your details with 7 yrs NCB and then with 3 yrs and the accident declared. The accident will now be recorded on the CUE database so you will affect your premium for the 5 years or so even if she doesn't claim for the repair.

Considering the price hike it migjt be best to speak to the woman and see if u can pay cash to take it somewhere small to be done cheaply.have u seen the damage to her car?
it might be nothing much.... but an expensive paintshop wont fill it if its scratched as u say they will fit a new bumper and make a big job of wot might need a good t cut or just blowing over a little.go have a look then a word with her mate...
