Hi all, im fixing a fiat scudo with the peugeot 1.9 non turbo engine, same as a 206, got it started but it will not rev at all, i have put a single wire solinoid in the pump to bypass the immobiliser, the pump is 100% mechanical, im sure the shaft in the pump for the rev control is broken but just wondering if anyone else has another idea, many thanks in advance

all sorted now, someone adjusted the mixture screw all out, wasnt getting enough diesel
