Just get one mate Thers no point in asking in here you'll only know if it's worth it until you try it your self but IMO it's a win win 2bh it takes the slack off the gear change so it don't feel as wobbley and shortens the psychical throw so it feels half decent it's worth £25

Mine came with an ally stopper to reduce the travel effort of the clutch pedal. Don't know if he is still putting these in the "kit", but if they are, do not fit it. Went through my clutch and seized from release bearing not engaging properly.

This guy clearly has no idea.

It cost me sh*tloads and if I ever get as far as Wales while he is still there, it'll be my £700 back or a smack in the head. If I had time and other who did the same, I would small claim the c**k.

Personally I would, Peugeot gear boxes are incredibly sloppy and the gear stick wobbles all over the shop!!

If you are on a budget and cannot stretch to a proper shortshift lever mech, get the group A rods from the boys at Kam Racing and this will tighten up the slack and give a great change.

Don't know about the Saxo.
It works perfectly on the 206 (MA box) if fitted properly and not by a donk.

I had ordered 2 kits for the 1.4i and they delivered to Greece immediately and that's saying something.

Note I am about the worst OEM-freak you could meet, but when it comes to Griffiths QS mod, respect.
It is beautifuly engineered and does exactly what it promisses without ruining anything. Full stop, end of story.

+ it's Welsh. Smile

Well there will always be two sides to every story, but if you could see what it did to my gearbox, you'd be singing from a totally different hymn sheet.

Why spend £25 on something like this when another £75 on top can do it the "correct way". You could run a GTi on 20/40 oil - it will do the job for sure, but over time, it will wear parts quicker. The Griffiths quickshift is no different.

That's my full stop.. and I am Welsh - and ashamed that this machined piece of poo comes from the same place Very Happy
