No as it fastens to the metal frame. The flat blades don't have the frame.
If you want to put that little extra downforce on your wipers, you could always travel back to the 80s and pick up a set of these.

Isnt standard fit on a 206 19" and 21"on the other side???

Standard is 19" and 26" on the older models (pre 2002 Ithink) and 22" both sides on newer models

I was thinking about trying that, I don't think its possible because the arm is quite chunky, but maybe it the plastic was removed, thats assuming the arm is just like the front arms.
