Would they fit over calipers? Will they look good?

Which 205 wheels?? I think the 1.9 wheels fit, pretty sure I've seen them on someones car here but not sure about the 1.6 wheels.

They will fit, but they will protrude out the arches more due to the lower offset.

Either the 1.6 or 1.9 wheels will fit. Both will protrude the front arches and the 1.9s will scrub on the rear if your lowered a significant amount.
