alarm wont stop going off it kepps going off every 5 mins realy dont no what it is any ideas

The spiders on the a pillars are faulty. Same happened on mine and was p*****g neighbours off so unplugged them which cured it. But unsure as to whether I have an alarm now or not.
Get off the bandwagon, and put down the handbook.

so the interior sensors are broke. ive just put it in the garage and disconected the battery till the morning cba to mess with it now

It sounds like the same fault so I guess so. Like I said, that's what cured mine. Iirc, the mechanic said if someone smashes a window the alarm will go off but if someone tries the handle to open it when it's locked they won't trigger the alarm I think.
Get off the bandwagon, and put down the handbook.
