I have taken the car into the peugeot dealer to get a test done and they said that my oxygen sensor needed changing.. Today i have disconnected it and my car seams to be running fine, i am not going to drive my car like it is because i have been told it could break the CAT! While looking for this sensor i got told there was 2 of them(one before the CAT and one after it) i can only find 1 :S is it possible that the oxygen sensor after the CAT has been taken out as my exaust system is not the standard one? Thanks

Have a look for two plugs down the back of the thermostat housing. There should be two idential plugs with a red part. One is green the other is blue. If they are both there then you have two sensors.
Is your chassis number coded RFN? Is so it should have two sensors.

A lambda sensor can fail and show no runnIng problems. Best to change it though.
