Okay, so in my 206 the radio/stereo is the original but being as its an old car it has a casette/tape player and the cd player/disk changer is in the boot of my car. I recently found a lady who was selling the radio with the cd player on the frount. I bought this and for starters, I dont have a clue what I am doing. Im not very practicle and I disklike un clipping componets in the car incase I brake something. But the big question I wanna ask you guys is, ive still got the radio code for the other one, but this other one I bought didnt come with a code? Will it be the same code as the one I currently have or not? If not can you guys help me get the code? X

Pre-plexed or multi-plexed?
And did you get the right one for your car?
From what I remember, pre-plex should come with the code for each unit, multi-plex is coded to the BSI unit and needs plugging into PP to set up the unit.

by the sounds of it you have a pre-plex radio and your trying to fit the multi-plex radio, it isnt compatible, like macca said 'pre-plex should come with the code for each unit, multi-plex is coded to the BSI unit and needs plugging into PP to set up the unit.'
