I'm not sure I'll be able to use your mirrors. I've had a quick at the Haynes manual and my four wire plug isn't in the wiring diagram section. Your mirrors need five wires to operate and my plug has only got four. I've got the switch so I'll plug that in and I'll see what I get at the plug and go from there.
I'll also search the forum to see if anyone else had this problem.

This weekend I've not had much chance to get things done because of working late on Saturday and not feeling the best on Sunday.
So, I've not had chance to look in to the electric mirrors just yet.
What I have got done is install her old headunit, amp and sub.
I've seen Halfords have got a Bluetooth, Ipod, USB Alpine unit on sale for £99.99. I'm thinking of getting this for xmas for her.
I've got a quickshift on order now as well, as the throw is so long on this car. It's a cheap item from China so will take forever to arrive but for £36 I thought it's worth it.
The car drives loads better with the new bits up front it just needs some better boots as the ones one it have seen better days. The rubber has a few little cracks and doesn't grip very well in in the wet.

So it's been pretty quiet on the updates. I've mainly been doing bits on my car of late, that is when I can be arsed. Been getting a serious case of CBA.
Anyway got a bit bored yesterday so finally got around to putting her spoiler on. Was a bit of a pain as I went the bolting on route.
This is how I did it.
First made a template of the foot of the spoiler.
Stuck it loosely to the spoiler.
Placed the spoiler on the car and removed it. The template stuck to the car.
Drilled a 6mm hole through both skins of the boot.
Drilled the bottom skin out to 10mm so the bolt head would go through.
Next I used a m6x10mm mushroom head allen bolt to secure the spoiler to the car.
Next I need to fit the quick shift that's been sitting in the garage the last couple of months, change the door speakers for some Rainbow SLX 265 DELUXE I've got, amp them, fit an Alpine 9831 I found in the shed and get some body coloured door handles. I think it'll be cheaper to just buy them instead of spraying them myself.
Anyway lots do just hope I can get my a**e in gear the next few week now the weathers getting better.
Ooh, almost forgot need to change the rear axle as well. I think that should be pretty high on my priorities as the handling has gone to pot as the OS arm is pretty bad now.

The other halfs not so happy now as her sub and amp were stolen.
The strange thing is there was no damage done to the car. All the locks are fine and no punched hole in the door skin.

Have you checked the locking mechanism on the car? I've got a mate whose boot doesn't lock with the rest of the car, so it could be a possible central locking issue :s

It all seems to working ok.
The alarm keeps going off so we never deadlock it but I'm going to look into this.
Today I put some Challenger/Vortex alloys on got them cheap. One was covered with CV grease and was a bit of a bugger to clean up.
