thankyou to all of you that offered advice about the bumpers/ how to change them etc. I was going to do that (and would have got a better look most likely) but I am a bit tight/ lazy
Anyhu - I decided to have a go at painting my bumpers myself as if it went wrong I could just replace them so its worth a shot.
I think the results look okay! Excuse the poor quality blackberry pictures and failing light but I have only just finished (work at 7 eek! )
In progress (didnt remove the bumpers mainly because im lazy and the bumper is cracked so may not come off whole! hehe) boot was open for spraying.
Im rather pleased how it looks so different to before - next on the list is;
side bump strips to paint
boot lock thing to paint
something to do with the wheels....

Thanks very much the colour match is really pleasing - either I have managed to spray weak paint or the whole car is not is faded as I thought!
Bump strips tonight when ever I get home from work! ( I will take those off the car though)

Oh yeah boot strip I am unsure about as I dont have central locking so it may get really scratched up?
I have done the little wing mirror toppers but not the whole unit yet

I was in a scrapyard today and they had a phase 2 boot strip with keyhole (Tomd spotted it). I'll PM you the details of the place if you are interested.

Oo! Very interested ! Yes please
Got my eye out for some phase 2 lights - some in my local scrappers (not a lot else on it tho) these a straight swap?
