SP is a styling package that was available for the 206. It's about as common as a plastic essex girl.

Available for all models.

Information floating around on the forum, beginners sections is the place to look.

I think the rear spoiler, arch extensions and front grille were bout £800 new...not worth anything now, just makes the car more desirable.
A clean non SP GTi is worth more than a sheddy GTi with SP kit fitted.

2001 GTi 138, Bilstein Sprint dampers, H&R springs, 21mm Peugeot Sport torsion bars, 22mm rear ARB, Peugeot Sport Group A wishbones, 283mm discs, Goodridge stainless hoses, Maniflow 304 grade 4-2-1 2.5" manifold and system, 200 cell cat, Richard Longman head, 45mm Jenvey throttle bodies, 9.5mm TB spacers, 90mm air horns, Jenvey throttle linkage, Jenvey fuel rail, Aeromotive and Goodridge fuel fittings and braided hose, ITG sausage filter, Radtec custom radiator, Piper Ultimate Road cams, Piper vernier pulleys, Omex 600 ECU. Saxo electric PAS pump, Vibra Technics engine mounts. Samco coolant hoses, TTV steel flywheel, 4.76 final drive ratio, 307 CC 180 ratios. 2019 BMW 530i. 2017 Mercedes C300 convertible.

Shut it u stupid little f**k, what's the point in posting in all my treads being such a c***? Least I can afford a gti180, and to get the cam belt done!

So apparently everyone knows my financial situation? If I wanted a 180 I would have bought a 180 simples Smile

The garage
2003 - 206 GTi 138 - Moonstone Blue
2003 - 406 Coupé 2.2 HDi SE - Hyperion Blue

What made the arches so expensive and different to gti ones?
Basically its a 137 gti with expensive body adaptations?

I've always thought the SP arches look cheap & tacky.

There perfect for a lot of 206 owners these days Laughing

Rear spoilers are also far to common these days, go back 10 years & seeing a 206 with a spoiler on was a very rare site, now seeing a 206 without a spoiler on is even rarer.

The SP grill I have never liked, looks like a cheese grater has been stuck on the front.

Not suited then mr bsi?my old bus has no rear spoiler fitted just the chock with the third brake light in it.
I was hunting for a cheap spoiler but now you mention it i might leave the top as it is...i would like something a bit like the old nova gte's and sri's...great little cars but a very diffetent shape as far as tailgate and spoiler goes.

When the 206 was new I couldn't work out why some GTi's looked decent but others looked really plain. I realised it was the SP kit which made it look more GTi like.

I'd remove my arches now but they've marked the paint so you can see where they've been sat.
