Many of you likely don't remember me, but I used to be a regular on here a few years ago. I went to many meets and I thought I would give something back. I am organising an Airfield day. I have done many of these before with friends and everyone loves it.
This day involves a track made out of cones on a big run way. You can drive as fast or slow as you want. You do not need to have a racing licence to take part as it is private property and it is not competitive (however we have timing gear if you wish to use it ).
Spaces are limited so it is on a first come first serve basis. A £20 deposit is required 1 week before the event (cut off date 11th) to secure you a place (places go quickly!) and the remainder needs to be paid 48 hours before the 18th. No money will be accepted on the day for drivers - Just spectators
There are spaces for 30 people to attend. I can only give away 13 spaces maximum. There will be plenty of track time, no need to worry about that!
Serious racers only please - This is not an open event where people will be left to their own devices. If it is your first track day, or anything like this you are still more than welcome to race. I just don't want to attract the boy racer scene as you can likely understand.

Below are some pictures of when "Mod-Godz JapSpeed" came for a day out!
Corsa 1.4 Petrol (Ouch)
Pug 206 1.9 Diesal (Slow but sexy)
Pug 306 1.9TD (Faster but less sexy)
BMW 323i 2.5 Petrol (Just looks mean!)
I would normally be interested in such events - just wondered if it's an officially-organised (insured) meet, and are helmets required?
I previously went to Kemble runway for an organised trackday (that was £50 too)
I got a dig bick. You that read wrong. You read that wrong too.
You have a new username as I don't remember it... Lol
Nahh - Not hit a fox since my 306! I still have my BMW is still on the road and I accidentally brought and RX8 the other day!
Well there is public liability insurance but the cars won't be insured - As in if you smash your car... It's your problem. Helmets are not required but recommended.
It is a really fun day out for £50!
