do you leave the top thin pipe off the radiator when filling? also is there a bleed valve any where?

No you use the two bleed nipples on the rear heater pipe and thermostat housing. The one on the housing is a allen key I think

Leave all pipes connected and fill system. There should be a bleed screw either on the thermostat or the pipe leading into the hearter matrix at the back of the engine bay. maybe both.

As me and addaz said, Timmons pics show the points. It's the same on all 206s/cars generally.
