How much is a new clutch replacement for 206 1.4 gsi 1999 (uk)

Depends where you go to. I would say you should be looking between £120-£300 plus parts

Your clutch is cheap as chips for your car. Plus they are stupidly easy to change, I wouldn't pay anything over £200.
