When a throttle body is replaced at Peugeot they will use diagnostic software to initialize the new part, it may or may not work correctly if not done, either way the car will let you know about it.

It will be fine.

Just disconnect battery (see apropriate procedure for mux car), leave for half an hour, re-connect and it's ready.

You should then reset the auto-adaptation after a few hundred miles once it's settled.

Obviously a diversion from your other post:-

Are you certain that you have checked everything mentioned on that thread and the suggestion that we, not just me, have given you?

Fault finding by changing parts quickly gets expensive. Fault finding using second hand parts is cheaper but quickly gets confusing because you don't know the quality of the second hand part - you can add additional faults without knowing it or replace one fault with another . Added to that you are clearly relatively new to the 206 and system set up.

I fear you are heading for trouble, frustration or a lot of cost. If you are lucky or very knowledgeable you might get away with it but it will probably be luck. My fingers are crossed for you!
