hi guys im new here and have just brought my first peugeot 206 2.0 GTI and my door mirrors do not seem to fold in by pushing by hand or automatically, its a 2000 reg any ideas??

Isn't it only the 180's that have folding mirrors? Might be wrong

Hmm not sure, surely the mirrors should fold manually anyway?

Not sure if it's only 180s that have electric folding mirrors, the give away is usually the switch near the window switches.
If manual, it's probably the pivot that's seized. Whip the tweeter cover off and undo the torx screws to remove the mirror, then just dismantle the mirror and lubricate the pivot . Think there are a couple of screws underneath the casing. You may be able to do it without taking the mirror off.

The only 206's that have folding mirrors are:
GTI 180
GT
Rolland Garros
Your problem seems to me like it has seized, through some wd40 down the mechanism and see what happens!
