Also what capacity in Litres for Max level on the dipstick?
How do you change the oil filter for my car? Is the oil filter located at the bottom of the car and I just have to unscrew it and screw a new one in?

The oil grade is 5W/30 Synthetic ,,and also you can use 10W/40 Semi-Synthetic
The capacity is : 3 Liters with oil filter replaced.
Well the oil filter is located on the front side of the engine, next to the catalytic converter,it's the black plastic thing you can see,and there is a nut on top of it,you have to take it off,and you will find the oil filter inside it,replace it with an OEM brand, and replace the O ring seal too, very simple.

Too much oil can damage the cylinder and the rings.
You should have known you had too much in when you checked the dipstick before starting the engine.

I notice the dipstick wasnt straight when I took it out. It is bendy.
Do you think I got the wrong dipstick for my car? Could be a dipstick from a another car?
I also replaced the spark plugs, can the excess oil reach the plugs and clog them?
I drain it tomorrow as its dark now however I gotta drive tonight so to avoid damage is it advised to drive at high revs or low revs till i get rid of the excess oil tomorrow.
As I said earlier I drove the car after the oil change. I drove like 2-3 miles at normal 2-3rpm in traffic. Do you think I got away with damage or damage has already been done?

Dont drive it at all. Remove the oil as soon as, because this will increase your crank case pressure causing damage to seals at best and bent conrods/bottom end knocks at worse

Update:
I drained the excess oil which puts the oil level normal/middle on the dipstick now.
When I drain the excess I notice the oil came out darker. I put in brand new oil in yesterday how can it got dark and dirty straight away?
I took the spark plugs out to check to see if they have been clogged with oil however they are not and fine.
As of yet Had no warning lights on dashboard and havent heard any strange engine noises. Car seems to be running fine as of yet. I did see some smoke coming from hood while driving but that could be heat from engine burning the oil i spilt accidently by the cap thats causing a strange smell I notice. Smell is gone and no more smoke now. Revved engine between 2-3000 RPM in neutral for couple of minutes, did not see any strange smoke from exhaust or strange noises from under the engine hood.
You reckon I got away with any damage?
Will a bent dipstick give a accurate reading?

That oil spec is a bit overkill for a TU3 lump but it will be ok.
Remember the TU engine design dates from the mid 1980's.
