Cheers, Pal! glad it's getting a lot of love:) I've slightly raised the rear as I was having problems with passengers in the back (causing the wheels to introduce themselves with the arches:\ = ruined 1 tyre already). I've got some new rear shocks that are A LOT harder, pretty much next to no movement in them, so may install them and drop it back down... It's what I'd say is "GTi" low. I'll swap the shocks and slam it when I get the time. Priority is dent removal and painting while it's snowing. Will lower it a bit more when I get some free time. Got so much to do, haha.

Yeah, I know! just a shame! my funds are low and this stuff ain't helping! I actually put £5 in my tank the other day, that'll probably get me from the petrol station to over the road, lol.

Purchasing a few more goodies for the car. Trying out a cherrybomb for the laugh on my car. For the 30 or so quid it costs, it'll be interesting to see the difference. I've got a stock exhaust and it looks pretty silly on a GTi wannabe, so I wanted something with a sporty tip and a bit of noise.

another little update.

Went to halfords for some cans of paint to hopefully, paint my spoiler and bumper... £50 later, I had enough paint, lol.

Thought I'd start on my little bump, I decided to get some filler primer, thought I could just sand down one spot and hopefully, then just touchup a nice smooth paint job...

What I forgot was, I'm not very good at painting, lol.

Laquer went weird, and it was a different colour, but, it was the right colour for the car. Originally the bumper was a slight tonne off, was supposed to repaint it anyhow, suppose this means that I'll be taking the bumper off friday and painting it completely...yay. Suppose it looks "better" than with a black bit, ugh. Bring on friday.

Next up, spoiler.

Seeing as I was painting friday, I thought I'd do the spoiler then too. It seemed like an easier job to do while on the car, so I've plopped it on.

the spoiler is moonstone blue, before anyone asks why am I painting it, haha. It shows blue in the right angle, which is horrid as I've got aluminium silver, hah.

HOPEFULLY friday, you'll have some pictures of my bumper fixed, and the correct colour, same with the spoiler:)

I've scrapped the idea of doing it myself. I'm taking it to a bodyshop:) will have dents removed, scratches, blemishes and all painting done so it looks great when I crash it in the snow, haha.

Heres some better shots of the spoiler, in the dark, as it looks silver then, aha.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. Wish I went to the bodyshop first instead of wasting £50 on paint, haha. Will be returning what hasn't been used tomorrow, haha:) How much do you think a bodyshop will charge for spoiler and that bumper strip being redone? shouldn't be too much I'd imagine? I'm having them painted, then my grandads getting me in with one of his friends who said he'll do the touch ups and dents on what's needed.

Hey, everyone! been awhile but I'm back! Had the paintwork done, brilliant job! may get the bits I've painted redone by this bloke, he did a cracking job!

Complete bumpstrip repainted,

spoiler painted (sorry about the frost)

and a big fat 206info sticker! it's not a wonky sticker, it's in the proper peugeot font, so the 206 is bigger than the info bit... May remove it.. Not sure yet, haha

That paint job on the bumper looks wicked! I don't however like the giant rear window sticker... Takes me back to the days of the Phase 1 206 in NFSU2!

Cheers, Pal!:) the paint job is ace! I'm probably going to get everything I painted redone by this guy! brilliant job, love it! I'm not 100% on the sticker either, my brother works on vinyl and we got bored one night, haha!

Not much for me to do now this year! Going to wait for my exhaust to be posted to me. Hopefully fit that and attempt to lower the car a tad more and that'll be it til new years I'd imagine!

Another update:) so the cars had a few things done now. First up, got a new exhaust! Was originally planning on getting a stainless steel created but seemed a bit over the top for a poxxy 1.1! maybe an idea for the next car! so I went for a hated popular, cherrybomb! against popular beliefs of this forum, it's not that loud! it has a slight rumble, doesn't really deafen you and only makes noise when you floor it off! just what I wanted! I pretty much only went after a new exhaust so that the rear bumper would have a nice exhaust sitting out of it, instead of the current little one poking around, didn't look very good.

I'll try post a video soon enough of what it sounds like for anyone else thinking of getting one:)

next up was lowering the car! as previously mentioned, I had new shocks, so I've got them on, and have now dropped the rear end accordingly, lowered the front a bit more too so it's looking a lot smarter!

as I work with vinyl, I managed to get ahold of some transparent blackish/grey vinyl, and applied them to my rear lights as a little tester, I sort of like it! still planning on changing the rear lights completely, but that won't be til after christmas.

front shot now it's slammed:)

I've also took an air filter off one of my karts, and put it on my car! was for a laugh mainly, but then noticed it actually sounded pretty good. Will get a picture and a video soon:)
