Hi all,

Strange one here. I’ve noticed a few times when I’ve parked my car on a steep hill (facing upwards) that when I go to start it I get the Stop light (with Handbrake and Oil Light). I’ve read on here that this refers to Brake Fluid Levels being low, and being on the hill, this would make sense.

Now the car was actually just serviced a fortnight ago, all fluids were done and I can tell by looking that there’s more than enough fluid there so this seems a bit strange (This has happened three times - twice before service and once after)

The mechanic did say my front brake pads are on their way out (that’s coming next) and my steering pump will be replaced in the next few days as it’s rattling/leaking a bit with a reconditioned one from ACS. I doubt either of these two problems affect it, but any help is appreciated.
