Recently when I am driving say 25mph with my foot on the gas, the car seem to slow down for few second and start to speed again. I dont have my foot on the clutch. Also noticed when I am turning and putting my foot down to gather some speed, the car want to slow down for few second.
Someone was telling me its something to do with a sensor which is preventing fuel being released to power the car.

Maybe you are also pressing the brake as the pedals are quite close together?

I have just woken up after a 28hr shift so am tired and really grumpy and this thread has annoyed me. The summary of posts so far is - throw some parts at it and it might fix it. Come on children that is not the way to fault find and very quickly gets expensive.
If nothing else clear existing fault codes. Drive it for a few days and then re-read the codes.
TPF might be a correct diagnosis but no supporting guidance except my dad's car did this and that fixed it.

I spoke to Peugeot garage and explained the slowing down of the car. The guy at parts explained its a possibility the Ideal Regulator Motor (Stepper Motor) may need replacement.
A colleague of mine explained that he had similar problem with his and his garage charged him £250 to replace the sensor at the catalyst convertor because the senor may be limiting the amount of fuel being transferred resulting in car slowing down.

Lots of threads on this forum and a "how to" on cleaning stepper (idle control) motors.
Do a search and, if that is your problem, simple and cheap DIY fix.
