Hi Guys

My heater matrix has started to leak all over the passenger footwell, and I've got a sneaking suspicion it's the O-rings between the pipes and matrix itself.

I've looked on Service Box but I can't find any part numbers just for the o-rings.

Does anyone happen to know the size of them?

Cheers!

I don't think they come as separate parts, only as part of the pipe set.
I was looking for VorTechS the other day and couldn't find just the seals.

He tried just normal O rings but found he had a leak

Cheers Macca - I'm going to order the pipes from Peugeot tomorrow, and try to fit them on Sunday. Hopefully it will solve the problem. In the mean time, I'll have to live without AC

Yep, unfortunately it all has to be ordered as the Kit. So you get the pipe and O-rings, but for mine that was only £10-13 depending on model.
I pick mine up from Pug. tomorrow, and my AA friend is going to help pressure test the two matrix' I have.

I called up Peugeot Epsom and I'll be able to pick the kit up on Thursday - cost £12.76. Hopefully that'll sort it!
